The Group Sessions take you on a guided journey of introspection, reflection, and creation over the course of 2 weeks breathing fresh life into the exploration of questions such as “Who am I?”, “What is ‘I’“?, and “What do I really want?”.
We leverage executive coaching tools and assessments and explore pertinent ideas from psychology, philosophy, and leadership training.
Most of the sessions are held in the conference area of Deishaview, featuring cozy cushions and bean bags and views across the jungle & ocean. Here are some examples of what that can look like:
- Sitting in a circle discussing topics such as life purpose, identity, and how the human mind works
- Breaking out into groups and playing games to experiment with models from psychology and leadership training
- Individually completing exercises that involve reflection, visualization, and writing in your journal/workbook
- Working on creative assignments involving drawing and presenting
- Body movement exercises
- Meditation
- Group Sharing
